On-prem tenant console distributions can use an institution-specific product name throughout the user interface and browser title.

The selected name is part of the distributed tenant console artifact. Changing the name therefore requires a newly built console artifact; changing backend configuration alone does not alter an already-installed console.

Branding in this phase changes the tenant console product name only. API header names, environment variable names, package names, container image names, and Mission Control remain stable.
